Jana Spichtig

MSc candidate in Applied Psychology (ZHAW)

I combine psychology with experience from business, law, academia, public administration and people and organisational development. As a systemic, solution-oriented coach and trainer, I work with leaders, teams and individuals.

My standard is consulting at eye level that does not stop at theory but works in everyday life. I'm convinced that a positive company culture shapes success significantly. And that good psychological support should be accessible to everyone, not only after months of waiting.

Freelance consultant, focus on dentistry

Shqipe combines psychological expertise with many years of experience in dentistry. As a freelance consultant, she supports Medico Lead on selected projects, particularly in dentistry. In 2027 she will begin her training as a systemic psychotherapist.
